Create an unqualified electronic signature

An employee can sign vacation orders, safety instructions and other documents with an unqualified electronic signature (UES). UES is also allowed to be used in document management with counterparties (including foreign ones), if it is fixed in the contract.

Configure the UES creation

Determine the company's rules for working with UES. In the section «Signatures» or «Employees/Access and rights/E-signatures» (depends on the configuration) click and specify:

  • whether employees should sign an «agreement between participants of electronic interaction»;
  • if all users who are granted access to Saby need a signature;
  • whether to include the organization's information in the UES.

For example, if a foreign company needs to include the organization's information in the certificate and disable the other parameters.

Click «Apply». Now employees will be able to get an UES according to the rules of your company.

There are several ways to create an unqualified electronic signature.

From the employee card
From the «Signatures» section
While hiring
From your personal page
  1. Find and open the employee card in the «Employees» section.
  2. Go to the «Access» tab in the «Signatures» section.
  3. Click and select «For internal document workflow».
  4. Wait for the message «The certificate has been successfully issued».
  1. In the «Signatures» section or «Employees/Access and Rights/E-signatures» (depends on the configuration) hover the cursor over and select «For internal document workflow».
  2. Select one or more employees or an entire department.
  3. Wait for the message «The certificate has been successfully issued».
  1. Click «Grant access and issue a signature» on the «Checklist» tab in the admission document.
  2. Enter the email address to send the invitation or the user's username/password.
  3. Make sure that the «E-signature» flag is set and click «Invite».
  1. Click your last name in the menu.
  2. Go to the «Signatures» section.
  3. Click and select «For internal document workflow».
  4. Wait for the message «The certificate has been successfully issued».

The unqualified electronic signature is ready.
