Microphone signal is missing

An error message appeared during the video call: «Access to the microphone is prohibited. Continue without a microphone? You can grant access in browser settings».

Reason

This error occurs if the browser cannot access media devices.

Solution

After completing the step, check whether the microphone is working. If not, go to the next step.

• Connect the microphone's USB wire to another USB port.
• Update or restart the browser.
• Restart the computer.
