Before starting the event, make sure that your system and equipment meet the technical requirements.
Connect to the meeting
All participants will receive a reminder 5 minutes before the event starts and a call at the appointed time. Click «Accept» to join the conversation.
If you are busy and can't immediately connect to the meeting, click and leave a short message to your colleagues, or click «Decline».
When you are free, tap the timer and click .
Invite new participants
During the video meeting, any participant can add new collocutors. Click and select from the list.
If your colleague does not have a personal account in Saby, you can invite them by sending a link to the video meeting in any convenient way. To get the link click
You can use the same Saby video communication features as when making a video call: show your desktop, draw on the screen and exchange messages. Save the recording so that you can review it.
End the video meeting
When all the questions are discussed, click in the conversation window. We recommend that the author of the meeting sums up the results of the event. If it is not required, tap «In progress» and click «Complete».
