Find a video meeting

Saby saves all events, both planned and past. You can find a video meeting and view its results in the list of events or in the calendar.

In the list of events

Go to the «Contacts/Events» section and determine which video meeting you want to find. The «Our» tab displays events that you or your colleagues have organized, and the «External» — tab displays events that you have been invited to by employees of other organizations.

By default, the most recent events are located at the top of the list. To find a video meeting that took place earlier:

• enter the organizer's name, surname, or part of the description in the search bar;
• select «Videoconferences» in the filter, specify the period and status of the event, and click «Select». Using this way you can find even deleted events;
• open the «My Department» or «Our company» events.

In the calendar

Go to the «Events» tab. The most recent events are displayed at the top of the list. To find a video meeting that took place earlier:

• enter the name, part of the description, or last name of the host or participant in the search bar;
• enter the organization and status in the filter and select the — «Meetings» category. Click «Select».
