Technical requirements for video meeting

Before creating a video meeting in Saby, make sure that the system and equipment meet the technical requirements.

Minimum requirements (video calls only):

• Processor: 2 cores or more, CPU: at least 2.7 GHz;
• RAM: 4 GB or more.

Recommended requirements (call recording, ability to work in parallel with other programs, video conferences):

• Processor: Core i5 and higher for working with multiple programs; Core i3 — without active work in third-party applications;
• RAM: 8 GB or more.

Operating systems:

• Windows 7, 8, and 10;
• Android 5.0 and higher – available via the browser;
• iOS 12.2 — only from the mobile app, iPad + iOS 13.1 and higher – available via the browser;
• MacOS X;
• Linux.

Internet browsers:

• Google Chrome — recommended*;
• Mozilla Firefox;
• Yandex Browser;
• Opera;
• Safari.

* Google Chrome is proved to be the fastest and most stable browser.

Equipment:

• webcamera;
• microphone;
• headphones or speakers.
