After the end of the webinar, the host and the moderator can:

  • edit the video, for example, to prepare it for a presentation;
  • upload the list of listeners, questions, and chat to an excel file, group questions by topic or move the discussion to another webinar. This data will be useful for expanding the customer base, sending materials, and preparing for the next events.

Upload the list of participants or questions. Open the webinar card in the «Contacts/Events» section. Go to the «Participants» or «Questions for discussion» section. In the «Participants» section select a category «All», «Signed up» etc. Click . Download the file.

Group the questions by topic. Open a question — Saby will build a list of the similar topics.

Move the discussion. Create and save the event. Open the discussions in the last webinar, hover over the question. Click "To another event"
