In Saby you can invite participants to a webinar by one or as a group, send out invitations by email, or post a link to the webinar in social networks.

  1. Click and invite listeners to Saby or by email. If you have a list of email addresses, you can download it as an excel file.
  2. Set up the registration form if not only Saby users can participate in the webinar. Select the fields you want to include in the form. First name, last name, and email address are required and cannot be unchecked. Additionally, you can ask for your phone number, city, company, and position. If you don't need to fill in the field, click .

Create a link for social networks

If you are hosting an open event, share the link on social networks. Users who are interested in the topic of the webinar will be able to join the broadcast, even if they do not have a personal account in Saby.

  1. Set up the registration form.
  2. Create a short link to the webinar page. A short URL looks better in the address bar and is suitable for sites where the length of messages is limited. Enter the address, for example, «short_link» and copy the link.

Publish the webinar and then make an announcement of the event with a link to the Saby page. You can close your registration at any time.

Customize the appearance of the event card. If you need help organizing an event, give one or more attendees moderator rights.
