An error message appeared during the video call: «Access to the camera is prohibited. Continue without a camera? You can grant access in browser settings».
This error occurs if the camera is being used by another application during a Saby video call. For example, you may already have a video conversation via Viber or Skype.
After completing the step, check whether the camera is working. If not, go to the next step.
- Make sure that other apps that have access to the camera are closed.
- Connect the webcam's USB cable to another USB port.
- Update or restart the browser.
- Restart the computer.
