Copy webinar

If you often hold similar webinars, copy the previous one to avoid wasting time creating a new one.

In the «Contacts/Events» section, hover the cursor over the conference and open the menu using the button and click . When copying the webinar, it will be moved:

  • all materials except video;
  • all participants;
  • event design and description;
  • organizers and contacts.

You cannot copy: surveys, chats, questions, and correspondence about the document.

Set up regular webinars

Some events are repeated. For example, an employee meeting is held weekly on Tuesdays. To avoid creating a new webinar every week, set the frequency and number of repetitions using the «No repetitions» link. The event is created automatically in a few days-specify how long.

Employees will receive notification immediately after the event is created. Notes about scheduled meetings in the participants calendar will appear for the entire period.
