Conduct a video broadcast

Your interlocutors may be located in another office or city. To discuss work issues together, create a video broadcast — participants will join the conversation at the appointed time. Please note:

  • the number of participants must not exceed 15 people;
  • the interviewees must have a computer with Internet access, a headset (or speakers and microphone), and a webcam.

Create a video broadcast

In the «Contacts/Events» section create a video broadcast in Saby, fill in the event card and click «Approve».

Take part

A minute before the event starts, all participants will see a notification that they may use to connect to the video broadcast.

Invite new members

During the video broadcast, any participant can add new interlocutors, invite them by email, or send a link to the video conversation.

To send an email invitation or share a link to the current meeting, click « invite» and select an action.

During a video conversation with your interlocutors, you can use additional video communication features: desktop demonstration, drawing mode, and chat.
